Prozess modellieren
Der Prozess wird definiert und auf der Grundlage der erforderlichen Funktionalitäten in ein Modell umgewandelt. Dabei entsteht ein digitaler Zwilling des Prozesses.
Bei der Modellierung werden Prozesslogik und Baugruppen bitgesteuert miteinander verknüpft. Die Ablauffunktionalität beschreibt eindeutig jeden Zustand der Maschine.

SPS und HMI generieren
Aus dem Modell generiert ein Algorithmus den fehlerfreien SPS-Code (PLCopen XML) und die HMI - ohne weiteren manuellen Programmieraufwand.

Das Zielsystem wählen
Einfach das Zielsystem für die Exportierung des SPS-Codes auswählen und fertig. Das Modell kann für jede PLC Open Hardware generiert werden.

Import - IBN - Start
Nach der Generierung wird der Code in das Zielsystem implementiert. Es folgt lediglich der IO-Check, und das System kann mit der automatisch generierten HMI gestartet und in Betrieb genommen werden. Virtuelle Inbetriebnahme und Software-Abnahmetest in einem Schritt.

Logic Layer
Der Logic Layer enthält die fachlichen Anforderungen an die Maschine und definiert einen logischen Ablauf. Er besteht aus 5 Modellierungselementen und einem Cross Sequence Sender und Receiver Step, der verschiedene Sequenzen miteinander verbindet. Die Modellierungselemente beschreiben die Beziehung zwischen den einzelnen Schritten.

System Layer
In diesem Bereich werden die Zonen definiert. Dazu stehen vier Zonentypen zur Verfügung. Diese Zonen sind entscheidend, um den Zustand zu beschreiben, in dem sich die Maschine in jedem Schritt befinden soll. Diese Ebene ist verantwortlich für die Verarbeitung und Steuerung von Prozesssignalen, die binäre Werte sind und den Zustand von Sensoren oder Aktoren darstellen.

PLC Code Generator
Mit Selmo haben Sie die Möglichkeit, ein PLC-open-konformes XML zu generieren und in die Steuerung Ihrer Wahl zu importieren. Dieses standardisierte XML-Format ermöglicht die Speicherung von Programmen, Bibliotheken und Projekten gemäß IEC 61131-3. Das PLC-open XML Format, auch bekannt als IEC 61131-10, ist Teil der IEC 61131 Normenreihe und ermöglicht den einfachen Austausch von Informationen zwischen verschiedenen Entwicklungsumgebungen und Plattformen. Es stellt eine offene Schnittstelle zur Verfügung, um Programme, Bibliotheken und Projekte gemäß IEC 61131-3 zu speichern. Durch die Verwendung dieses standardisierten XML-Formats kann Entwicklungspersonal Codes hardwareunabhängig generieren und in verschiedenen Steuerungssystemen verwenden.

Human Machine Interface (HMI)
Die automatische Generierung von HMI-Elementen aus dem Prozessmodell spart Zeit und fördert die Einheitlichkeit der HMI. Der Automatikbetrieb führt vorprogrammierte Abläufe aus, während der Handbetrieb eine manuelle Steuerung ermöglicht.
Die HMI bietet Funktionen wie automatische Freigabe, EOC-Modus und Sequenzsteuerung für Hardwarezonen. Die Ablaufsteuerung ermöglicht Einzel- oder Automatikbetrieb, Parametereinstellung und Timeout-Überwachung.
